When receiving the product, inspect the products carefully. If there are any defects or damages during shipping. Please let us know immediately!

to receive a return label
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returned products must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, undamaged with original packaging.
If damaged during shipment, please send us a picture when initiating the return.
Any items damaged/missing original packaging for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a refund.
Once the return is initiated, a prepaid label will be emailed.
Any returns shipped 5 days after the prepaid label is sent will not be accepted.
